- 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking
- Remaining balance due 24 hours before the shoot
- Rescheduling allowed with 48 hours' notice — deposits transfer to a new date within 60 days
- Turnaround time: 5–7 business days (rush available)
- Travel fees may apply outside Wilmington, NC
- All bookings include a pre-shoot consultation to plan your vision
